Terms of Service
1.1 Eligibility
· You must be at least 18 years old.
· All information you provide must be accurate and complete.
1.2 User Accounts
· You are responsible for account security and all activities under your account.
· Immediately notify us of unauthorized use.
1.3 Health & Safety Disclaimer
· The App provides general fitness, nutrition, and wellness guidance. It is not medical advice.
· Always consult a registered healthcare professional before starting any exercise, diet, or health program.
· You accept full responsibility for your actions and health while using the App.
1.4 User Content
· Any content you post (reviews, photos, messages) must be lawful, respectful, and not infringe on intellectual property rights.
· We may remove content that violates policies or is inappropriate.
· You retain ownership of your content but grant us a non-exclusive license to display it in the App.
1.5 Prohibited Conduct
· You may not:
o Violate any laws
o Interfere with the App’s operation
o Impersonate others
o Upload malicious software or harmful content
1.6 Account Termination
· We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
· Termination does not relieve you of obligations for outstanding payments or liabilities.
1.7 Subscription, Billing & Auto-Renewal
· Subscriptions are billed in advance and automatically renew.
· Cancellation requires email to stridestarter@stridesociety.run, received 7 days before renewal.
· Refunds are not provided for partial periods unless required by law.
· Failed payments may result in temporary suspension until resolved.
· Fee changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance.
1.8 Dispute Resolution
· Disputes must first be attempted via mediation.
· If unresolved, disputes will be handled in the competent courts of Victoria, Australia.
1.9 Third-Party Services
· We may link to third-party apps, websites, or services.
· We are not responsible for their content or policies.
1.10 Indemnification
· You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the App, violation of policies, or user content.
1.11 Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including injury, health issues, or data loss.
2. Subscription & Cancellation Policy
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
• Cancellation must be via email to stridestarter@stridesociety.run at least 7 days before renewal.
• Refunds only issued when legally required or for verified duplicate charges/technical errors.
• Failed payments may result in account suspension.
3. Accessibility Statement
• Stride Society is committed to making our services accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities.

4. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
• These policies are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
• Disputes are to be resolved first through mediation, then through the competent courts of Victoria if necessary.
